About Amanda
23 years of professional experience has allowed me to provide support to elders in nursing facilities, teens and adults with substance abuse problems, individuals with disabilities, and family members coping with a loved one’s developmental disability.
Being in these environments has shown me the importance of having a solid support system through grief, loss, and major life transitions.
Life has changed a lot for all of us in the last few years and I understand the complex feelings associated with unexpected or unwanted changes.
What I’ve learned is that on the other side of the pain and resistance to change, lies a world of possibility and potential.
I am in this with you to provide comfort, confidence, and assurance that you will be able to have the experiences and the life you want. I am ready to be your encourager and supporter through everything that’s changing. We can do this together!

CLIENT REVIEW
Amanda Labbé has been a compassionate and dependable voice in my time with her and ATX Mental Health.
Amanda Labbé has been a compassionate and dependable voice in my time with her and ATX Mental Health. She has helped me both during times of extreme distress as well as just working through the everyday parts of life that we all struggle with. She challenges me when I need it, but also just listens when I need to vent. I would recommend Amanda and ATX Mental Health to anyone.
Amanda, the human
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, and running. I started running later in life and it has taught me that it is never too late to change your way of thinking or to start something new for yourself. Running inspires me to believe in what’s possible; for me, it was running the Austin and Houston marathons!
