What We're Looking For
We're accepting applications from fully licensed clinicians — LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD — currently licensed in Texas.
Beyond credentials, here's what matters to us:
Active Texas clinical license (verification required)
Alignment with our mission, vision, and values
A minimum of 5 client sessions per week
A 2-year commitment to the practice
That last one is intentional. We invest in our clinicians — referrals, admin support, credentialing, a real team around you — and we're looking for people who want to invest back. This is a clinical home, not a stepping stone.
